改善活性氧化铝除氟性能的试验研究
Experimental Study on Improving the Performance of Activated Alumina on Fluoride Adsorption

【摘要】 为改善活性氧化铝除氟效果,通过室内试验和现场试验,研究了硫酸铝预处理以及调节原水pH对活性氧化铝吸附性能的影响。结果表明,硫酸铝预处理和调节原水pH均可改善活性氧化铝的吸附性能,但单独采取任何一项措施,均不能使出水氟化物浓度持续<1.0mg/L。并且,当预处理使用的硫酸铝溶液浓度较高时,出水SO42-超标。硫酸铝溶液浓度为2%较适宜。同时采取预处理及调节原水pH两项措施,出水氟化物浓度<1.0mg/L,出水pH在6.6~7.0之间,不需调节,且持续效果较好。
【Abstract】 To improve the performance of activated alumina(AA) on fluoride adsorption, both lab and in-situ tests are conducted.In this paper,data about the effect of pre-treatment of AA with aluminum sulfate solution(ASS) and effect of adjusting the pH of raw water is published.It is shown that both pre-treatment of AA with ASS and pH adjusting of raw water could improve the performance of AA on fluoride adsorption.However,when procedure of ASS pre-treatment and pH adjusting was used separately,it is hard to realize an ideal defluoridation effect.In addition,higher sulfate concentration is found in the treated water when 4%and 10% ASS pretreated AA are used for fluoride adsorption.2%ASS is able to improve the adsorption performance of AA,widi an acceptable sulfate concentration.When ASS pre-treated AA was used for defluoridation of high fluoride concentration water with adjusted pH of 6.0,fluoride concentration of the effluent could be continuously<1.0mg/L,with a breaking through BV of 240.Measured pH of the effluent are between 6.6~7.0,no further adjusting is needed.
