【摘要】 为满足全国农村饮水安全工程建设与管理的需求,按照"统筹规划、分步实施、不断完善"的原则,在分析农村饮水安全信息管理现状的基础上,提出农村饮水安全信息管理系统的构建应分为中央系统、省级系统和县级系统三级,同时分析了各级系统的构建框架、系统功能与性能要求。在此基础上,讨论了信息数据采集的内容和信息数据展示的要求,为系统研发提供基础依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of the construction and the management of the national drinking water safety project in rural areas,on the principle of "overall planning,stepby -step implementation,and continuous improvements",and on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the management of the rural drinking water safety information,the author proposes that the construction of the information management system for rural drinking water safety shall be divided into three levels,i.e.,the central system,the provincial system,and the county system.Meanwhile,the author analyzes the construction framework,the system function, and the performance requirement of each system.Finally,the author further discusses the content to be collected and the display requirement of the information data,which,thus,provides a basis for the development of the system.更多还原
