GCL用于内蒙古河套灌区渠道防渗的实验研究

【摘要】 内蒙古河套灌区干旱、寒冷、盐渍化严重,普通防渗材料在该地区用于渠道防渗有一定局限性。研究GCL在该地区用于渠道防渗有重要意义。本文通过室内外试验,研究了老化因素对GCL力学性能的影响、离子及浓度对膨润土膨胀体积、GCL渗透系数的影响,膨润土在黄河水中的自由膨胀体积、塑性粘度、屈服值、虑矢量指标。研究表明:高温、低温、紫外线照射老化使1#、2#、3#最大承载力分别下降了34.3%、18.7%、32.5%;35.8%、31.5%、39.6%;45.0%、18.4%、48.9%。现场试验自然老化影响主要发生在第一年,影响随之减小。黄河水中钙离子对防渗效果影响较大、钠离子影响较小,矿化度有0.5g/l增大到10g/l时,3试样分别减小了62.8%、67.4%、75.4%;40.5%、9.1%、46%。复合盐溶液对膨润土影响规律与单盐影响类似。在黄河水中其自由膨胀体积减小,虑矢量增大,3试样分别增加了26.4%、16.7%、26.8%。该地区特殊的外部环境对GCL防渗效果有一定的影响,但仍满足防渗要求,可用于渠道防渗。

【Abstract】 The drought,cold and Salinization of Inner Mongolian Hetao irrigation is serious. Common impervious material in the region has some limitations for the channel seepage.So to study GCL in the region is important for anti -seepage.in this paper,studies of aging on the mechanical properties of GCL,ion and concentration on bentonite swelling volume and GCL Permeability,and the free expansion volume,plastic viscosity,yield value and consider vector index of bentonite in the Yellow River water,The results show that:heat,cold,ultraviolet radiation and aging made 1 #,2 #,3 # maximum capacity decreased by 34.3%,18.7%,32.5%; 35.8%,31.5%,39.6%;45.0%,18.4%,48.9%.the major impact of the natural aging field test occurred in the first year,and the effect decreases with.the effect is great that calcium ions in Yellow River water to Anti-seepage effect,but sodium ions is little,and when salinity from 0.5g /l increased to 10g/l,the three sample reduced by 62.8%,67.4%,75.4%;40.5%,9.1%,46% respectively.Combined effect of salt solution on bentonite is similar to affecting the single salt. In Yellow River water,the free swelling volume is reduced,consider vector increases,three samples increased by 26.4%,16.7%,26.8%.The external environment in the region,the effect of the Special external environment to the GCL anti-seepage effect have a certain extent,but it still can meet the requirements of the seepage,and can be used to channel seepage.
