灌区水利现代化集对分析多元模糊评价模型

【摘要】 灌区水利现代化综合评价涉及经济、社会、技术、资源与生态环境等复杂系统工程,影响因素多样化、关系非线性化、不确定性复杂化。利用集对分析原理及其可展性,引入主同、超同、同化度等概念和新的定元准则,弥补了常规集对分析不能确定权重与多级定元准则粗糙的不足,提出了用主同与同化度进行定级与排序方法,进而建立了基于熵权的集对分析多元模糊评价模型(EWSPAMFM)。应用该模型对彭楼2001年灌区水利现代化水平进行了评价,并与常规集对分析模型和模糊可变模型评价结果进行了比较。实例应用显示该模型能够真实地反映灌区水利现代化水平状况,评价结果更符合客观实际。研究表明,集对分析多元模糊评价模型结构简单,计算简洁,可行有效,适用于灌区水利现代化水平综合评价。

【Abstract】 The irrigation area hydro-modernization integration evaluation is the Systems Engineering which is involving economy,society,technology,resources,and environment and is influenced by multi-factor,nonlinear relations,and complicated uncertainty.The concepts of the main same,supper same,assimilation degree and the new determining levels law are stipulated to make up for the defects of routine set pair analysis about the weights and determining levels law based on set pair analysis malleability.The method to determine system level and rank order projects by the main same and assimilation degree was put forward,and then,the multi-factors degree set pair analysis fuzzy evaluation model(EWMFSPAFM) has been suggested.The model has been applied to evaluate the Penglou irrigation area hydro-modernization level of Shan dong in 2001.And the result is compare with the results of the routine set pair analysis evaluation model and fuzzy variable set evaluation model.It is showed that the MFSPAFM is structure simple,calculation easy,result practical and reasonable,and method feasible and reliable and is fit for rural hydro-modernization integration evaluation.
