松木屑闭式自增压条件的热解特性及动力学分析

【摘要】 为探明高温高压条件下生物质的热解反应特性,考察了松木屑在密闭高压反应釜内的闭式自增压热解过程,研究了热解温度与压力随时间变化的特征,分析了热解反应中出现的吸热与放热现象及其机理,建立了松木屑在高温高压条件下的热解反应动力学模型。结果表明,松木屑在200℃左右存在明显的吸热反应,而热解体系温度达到450℃时,松木屑的热解呈现剧烈的放热现象,体系压力达115atm。采用Coats-Redfern积分法进行动力学分析表明,松木屑闭式自增压热解整体拟合相关系数达0.99。
【Abstract】 In order to demonstrate characteristics of biomass pyrolysis at high pressure and high temperature, pyrolysis process of pine sawdust has been investigated with a closed pressurization pyrolysis system (CPPS) in high pressure reactor. Characteristics of temperature and pressure change with reaction time were measured. Endothermic and exothermic phenomenon and their mechanism were analyzed. Dynamic kinetic parameters of pyrolysis reaction of pine sawdust were obtained with Coats-Redfern model. Results show that, an endothermic reaction at 200℃ and a remarkable exothermic reaction at 450℃ appear in pine sawdust pyrolysis. Pressure increases with system temperature and the highest pressure is 115atm at 450℃. Dynamic analysis with Coats-Redfern integral method illustrates the related coefficient of integrated continuous regression is more than 0.99.
