葡甘聚糖-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇共混胶粘剂的流变特性研究

【摘要】 为开发环境友好型木材胶粘剂,本文研究了葡甘聚糖、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混制备胶粘剂的流变特性,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和流变仪对其热固过程进行了流变特性分析,结果表明:胶粘剂的流变特性呈明显的非线性变化,粘度与剪切速率的关系可用Cross模型拟合,粘度与温度的关系可用阿仑尼乌斯方程(Arrhenius)拟合,前置因子K等于1.25e-6Pa·s,流动活化能ΔEη等于54.24kJ/mol。频率曲线可用四阶多项式拟合,同时胶粘剂的平均分子量随温度升高逐渐降低,分子量分布随着温度升高逐渐增大。温度和时间扫描得到最低粘度14.42Pa,凝胶化温度110.4℃,凝胶时间20.1min,玻璃化转变温度87.4℃,热压时间130℃。
【Abstract】 In order to develop environment-friendly wood adhesive, to enhance its stability, this paper was based on which Konjac Glucomannan and chitosan were used as main material adding the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),the thermosetting process of adhesive was rheology analyzed and modeled by using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Rheometer AR2000ex of TA company, The results showed that the rheological behavior of adhesives was significantly non-linear change tendencies. The relationship between the viscosity and the shear rate was found to fit Cross model well. Arrhenius equation could be employed to describe the dependence of the viscosity on the temperature, in which the constant K was 1.25e-6Pa·s, and the flow activation enthalpy △Eη was 54.24kJ/mol. By using the fourth order polynomials to fit the frequency curves, average molecular weight (Mw) of adhesive decreases gradually with the temperature increase and wider molecular weight distribution (MWD) of adhesive increases gradually with the temperature increase. It can be obtained the minimum viscosity 14.42Pa, gelling temperature 110.4℃, gel time20.1min, glass transition temperature 87.4℃, hot pressing temperature 130℃ from temperature and time curves.
