龙眼剥壳的力学特性试验与分析
Experimental study and analysis on mechanical properties of longan hulling

【摘要】 龙眼鲜果的力学特性是设计其剥壳去核机械重要依据。本研究在不同加载方向上对龙眼鲜果进行的压缩试验,结果表明,龙眼鲜果的抗挤压能力,在包括腰部(横向)和蒂部(纵向)各方向上具有良好的一致性,从挤压效果看,可以将其简化为各向同性、厚度均匀的薄壳球体;但在对果壳的拉伸试验过程中发现,龙眼果实在沿纵向和横向的结合力都大于蒂部;利用薄壳理论进行内力和位移分析的结果表明,采用两对法向集中力,有利于龙眼果壳的均匀破裂。
【Abstract】 Mechanical properties of longan fruits and its hulls are vital basis in design rinding machine and peel off hull and meat. Based on mensuration and analysis longan physics identity,test of compression from middle and pedicel part (transversal and longitudinal directions)for longan were conducted and test results show the longan fruits’capacity of resistance for compression is significant isotropy. By being simplified into isotropy and equality thickness thin-shell, its internal force and displacement were analyzed by theory of thin-shell and the results proves that two pairs of perpendicular centralized forces are benefical to even cracking. Test results of the fruit skin tensile test from transversal、longitudinal and pedicel link force indicate that the peak value and average value of the pedicel link force are smaller than skin tensile test force from longitudinal and transversal directions.
