【摘要】 通过北方收获期胡萝卜的田间和实验室测定,采用图像解析和数理统计方法对收获期胡萝卜的几何特性进行分析,得出了胡萝卜主要几何特性指标值的变化区间和分布频率;应用软件Design-Expert Version6.0.10,通过拉伸试验法对收获期胡萝卜根茎结合部抗拉强度、拔取力等力学特性进行测试与分析,得出了胡萝卜根茎结合部抗拉强度、土壤自然状态下最大拔取力,以及采用拔取收获方式时的松土位置参数优化组合,为胡萝卜收获和加工机器系统的开发提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the field and lab measurement on the carrot in harvest time in north area, China, the mathematic statistics and image analytical method were employed to analysis the main geometric properties. The variation rang and distribution frequencies of the carrot’s main geometric properties indexes were found. The tensile test was carried out to test the mechanical properties using software of the Design-Expert Version 6.0.10, the tensile strength of junction between the stem and the root, the maximum pulling force for the carrot in natural growth condition, and the better parameters combination of the loosen location using pull method to harvester the carrot were obtained simultaneously. All of these provided the scientific basis for development of harvester and processing machine system for the carrot.更多还原
