猪生长监测系统中摄像机选型分析
Camera selection analysis in pig growth inspecting system

【摘要】 在基于图像的监测系统中,摄像机选型是搭建系统硬件的第一步。对包括焦距、工作距离、景深等在内摄像机的工作原理进行分析,并对监测对象猪体长、体高进行了统计分析,实现既能够满足采集区域大小,又能满足景深的要求的摄像机选型。实验表明:选择5mm焦距的镜头,与1/3英寸的CCD配合,摄像机与地面距离为2150mm<HL<2850mm时,在猪的整个生长期内均能够采集完整的猪体图像,光圈可根据周围环境光照强度在2-5.6之间选择。
【Abstract】 In image-based monitoring system, the image acquisition device selection was the first step to build the whole system. This article studied the camera work principle including focal length, working distance, depth of field and made analysis of pig body length and height. Based on the analysis, a selection of camera and lens were carried out to meet the acquisition of regional size, depth of field. Experiments show that: choice of lens with 5mm focal length, and 1/3 inch CCD with a distance of 2150m m < HL <2850mmbetween the camera and the ground, the system can capture a complete image of the pigs in the entire growth period. we can choose the F value between 2 and 5.6 to get the best acquisition effect according to light intensity in the surrounding environment.
