【摘要】 本文对当前世界上农业信息化建设工作比较发达的欧美国家的信息化建设工作经验进行了论述,对开展此项工作相对较晚的亚洲国家的农业信息化建设情况进行了分析,对我国近年来开展农业信息化工作进行了认真的总结。在此基础上,得出了国内外经验给佳木斯地区开展农业信息化建设工作的四点启示:一是发挥政府的宏观调控职能是开展好农业信息化建设的保障。二是健全基础设施是开展好农业信息化建设的前提。三是搞好信息数据库建设是开展好农业信息化建设的基础。四是做好科研、教育和推广的有机结合是开展好农业信息化建设的必然。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the work experience of the world’s current agricultural information construction of more developed countries of the United States and Europe was discussed; the agricultural information construction work of the Asian countries which relatively late carried out this work was analyzed; the work of agricultural information carried out in recent years in china was carefully summarized. On the basis of thorough investigation, the four revelations of experience both at home and abroad on the work of agricultural information construction carried out in Jiamusi area are drawn: firstly, making full use of the government’s macro-control function is the protection of carrying out well the construction of agricultural information; secondly, improving infrastructure is the premise of that; thirdly, doing a good job in building the information database is the base of that; finally, the organic combination of scientific research, education and extending is an inevitable requirement for that.更多还原
