温室地下蓄热系统换热管道空气流速对湿热传递的影响

【摘要】 为确定双层覆盖温室地下蓄热系统换热管道空气流速对蓄热量和水蒸汽迁移影响,建议合理的运行模式,测试了该系统以不同换热管道空气流速蓄热时换热管道进出口空气温度、湿度、地坪温度、室外温度。结果表明,在白昼为晴朗时,当分别以换热管道内流速为0.6m/s、1.0m/s、1.5m/s、2.0m/s、2.5m/s、2.8m/s进行蓄热时,温室内热空气流经换热管道温度、焓值明显降低,不同流速蓄热时换热充分。系统的蓄热功率随换热管道流速增加而增加,当以小于2m/s换热管道空气流速的蓄热时,蓄热功率较小,地坪升温幅度小;以2.5m/s、2.8m/s换热管道空气流速进行蓄热,蓄热效果良好,蓄热时间应以10:30~14:30为宜。

【Abstract】 The research on effects of air velocity in heat exchanging pipes to heat storage and water vapor transformation was conducted in double-film covering greenhouse and rational running mode was presented. The temperature and humidity in inlet and outlet of heat exchanging pipes, floor temperature in heat storage greenhouse and outside temperature were measured at different air velocities in the heat exchanging pipes. The experiment results show that the temperature and enthalpy of hot air decrease apparently after flowing through heat exchanging pipes when the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes is respectively 0.6m/s, 1.0m/s, 1.5m/s, 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s and 2.8m/s during heat saving in clear day. The power for heat storage enhances with the increase of the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes. The power and the increase of floor temperature hold lower when the air velocity in heat exchanging pipes is less than 2m/s during heat storage. So the appropriate air velocity in heat exchanging pipes are 2.5m/s, 2.8m/s, and the rational time for heat saving is 10:30 to 14:30.
