微酸性电生功能水用于奶牛乳浴消毒的研究

【摘要】 微酸性电生功能水(Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Functional Water,SAEFW)是在无隔膜电解槽内电解一定比例的低浓度氯化钠和稀盐酸生成的水溶液,其pH介于5.0-6.5之间,有效氯以HClO形态存在,杀菌力强,作用后可迅速分解,无化学污染。本研究对山西某奶牛场139头在挤奶牛进行了隐性乳房炎CMT检测,头阳性率达48.9%。试验中将在挤奶牛分成4组,比较研究了SAEFW和牛场常用消毒剂"滴宝"药浴对奶牛乳房消毒和隐形乳房炎的防治效果。结果表明,经过连续15d的消毒试验后,处理组1(挤奶前采用有效氯浓度为20mg/l的SAEFW对乳房进行冲洗,并在挤奶后用有效氯为60mg/l的SAEFW进行一次性浸泡乳头药浴)具有相对较好的效果,隐性乳房炎的阴转率达到了27.8%;而对照组2(采用"滴宝"一过性重复浸泡乳头药浴)的隐性乳房炎的阴转率为0%,健康奶牛的阳转率为21.4%。。
【Abstract】 Slightly acidic electrolyzed functional water (SAEFW) is generated by electrolysis of a mixture of dilute sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid solution in a non-membrane electrolytic cell. SAEFW with a pH value of 5.0-6.5 and higher hypochlorous acid (HClO) concentration has the strong bactericidal activity and no chemical pollution due to its rapid decomposition. In this study, mastitis detection in dairy cows was performed using California Mastitis Test kit and 139 dairy cows in lactation period were tested. Result shows that the cows tested positive by CMT accounted for 48.9%. The diary cow samples were separated into two treatment groups and two control groups, respectively. The disinfection efficiency of SAEFW and "Dipal Conc." (a common disinfectant used in diary farm) for prevention and cure of mastitis in dairy cows was compared. After 15 days disinfection test, the treatment group 1 which cow teats were dipped by SAEFW with an available chlorine concentration of 20 mg/l before milking and one-off teat dipping conducted after milking with SAEFW at available chlorine concentration of 60 mg/l had a relative low number of positive cows, and 27.8% positive cows turned to negative. But the control group 2 which cow teats were dipped with "Dipal Conc." had a high number of positive cows and the negative conversion rate of cows having sub-clinical mastitis is 0%, whereas the positive conversion rate of healthy dairy cattle was 21.4%.
