水稻钵苗行栽机设计与试验研究

【摘要】 针对目前我国水稻钵苗栽植机械化问题,由中国农业大学研制成功了2ZPY—CH530水稻钵苗行栽机。本文介绍了该机的构造和工作原理,并进行了样机的性能检测。试验表明:该机的检测项目均达到或超过设计指标,满足水稻生产要求;采用水稻钵苗行栽机作业具有生产效率高、秧苗分布均匀、直立度好、栽植深度适宜、植伤轻、缓苗快的优点,作业质量显著提高;每公顷可增产810kg,增产幅度达到9.4%,具有明显的增产效果。是目前较为理想的一种水稻种植机械。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of rice potted-seedling planting mechanization, the 2ZPY-CH530 rice potted-seedling transplanter was designed and researched by China Agricultural University. The structure and working principle of transplanter were introduced, and the performance of prototype was tested. In addition, the test results meet the requirement of rice planting indicators. The rice potted-seedling transplanter has the characters of high production efficiency; the rice seedling distributed evenly and had good upright degree. And compared with rice transplanting, this machine has the advantages of suitable planting depth, light damage on the seedling, recovery fast, and the working quality improves notably. The yield can increase 810 kg/hm2, and the percentage increases is up to 9.4 %, which proved this machine has obvious effect on yield increasing. Comparatively, it is an ideal rice transplanting machine at present.
