荞麦脱壳后轻杂物分离装置的设计
The Design of Light Objects Separating Device after Buckwheat Husking

【摘要】 针对荞麦剥壳机剥壳后采用吸式荞麦壳和荞麦碎米分离时荞麦壳、荞麦碎米、细尘混杂的问题,设计了一套闭式荞麦壳、荞麦碎米和细尘的分离装置,分离过程中所有轻杂物的分离均在密闭的空间内完成。该装置主要包括分离荞麦壳和荞麦碎米的两组旋风分离器、风机、管路和进料部分。在两组旋风分离器的设计中,充分考虑了影响旋风分离器分离效率的各种因素,以满足生产率前提下的最小气流速度为目标,设计了该分离装置。实现了荞麦壳和荞麦碎米的分离并能把二者分别收集起来。改善了工作环境,提高了荞麦碎米、荞麦壳的利用率和荞麦加工行业的经济效益。
【Abstract】 According to the problem that the buckwheat shell, buckwheat broken rice and fine dust mixed together when adopting the suction air to separate them after the husking of buckwheat decorticator, designed a closed separating device to separate the buckwheat shell, buckwheat broken rice and fine dust ,the separation of all light objects were completed in a confined space. The separation devices include two groups of cyclone separators for separating the buckwheat shell and buckwheat broken rice, fans, pipe lines and feed part. In the process of designing the two groups of cyclone separators, gave full consideration to the factors that impact the separation efficiency of cyclone separators, under the premise of meeting the productivity that the minimum air speed as the goal, designed the separation device. Achieved the separation of buckwheat shells and buckwheat broken rice and the two can be collected. Improved the workshop environment, increased the buckwheat broken rice and buckwheat shell utilization coefficient and the economic benefits of buckwheat processing edge.
