基于人机工程学的划船器设计及运动仿真
The Design and Motional imitation of the boating machine based on the Ergonomics

【摘要】 基于人机工程学设计的健身器材,会更加操作简便、省力、安全、可靠、舒适。本文首先基于人机工程学原理和方法,依据"中国成年人人体尺寸",对划船器主要部件的尺寸、形状、材质等进行设计。之后利用Pro/ENGINEER三维设计软件对划船器进行三维设计以及对各指定点进行运动仿真。结果表明,该划船器的设计是合理的。该划船器的设计方法也可以用于其它机械的设计。
【Abstract】 The design of body-building apparatus based on Ergonomics will be simple of operation machine, labor-saving, safe, credible, efficient and comfortable. The size,shape,material and so on of main parts of the boating machine were designned by the principle and methods of Ergonomics and the"Chinese adult’s body size".Then three-dimensional model of boating machine was design and the motional imitation for the fixed point using the Pro/ENGINEER..The result show that the design of the boating machine is reasonalbe. The designing method of the boating machine can also be used for other machine’s design.
