【摘要】 包产到户使农业大幅度增产,减免农业税和城市建设促进农民工就业并降低了农村劳动力的比例,彻底解决了农村人口的温饱问题。当前,我国正在调整产业结构,农村进一步发展生产力的途径是推动"不限于耕作收割的广义机械化",即同时包涵作物设施栽培、畜禽水产设施养殖、农产品保鲜贮运、废弃物资源化处理、可再生能源开发等农业工程技术内涵以及相关的人才培养、多种经营、合作经济,"广义机械化"将推动我国机械装备制造业在农业领域的发展,东南沿海经济发达地区应根据可持续发展和循环经济的要求,在建设县域经济城市化、工业化的同时,大力推动"广义机械化"的发展,使"广义机械化"成为农民达到小康的再次出发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fixing of farm output quotas for each household increased the farm output and solved the problem of farmer’s life with enough food and clothing.Now,the country is adjusting the industrial structure, the approaching for developing rural productivity is to develop Generalized mechanization, not only for field ploughing and harvesting ,but also for vegetable and flower protected planting, livestock and aquatics establishment breeding, product storing and keeping fresh, waste resource utilization and opening up of reproducible energy sources. Generalized mechanization will promote the development of mechanism equipment manufacturing in agriculture field. Generalized mechanization also will make all of farmer’s life for well-to-do.更多还原
