【摘要】 小麦麸皮是小麦加工中的副产物,含具有生理活性的膳食纤维、低聚糖和酶等成分。大豆皮是大豆制油厂的加工副产品,其富含纤维素、半纤维素和果胶类物质,是人类膳食纤维的理想来源,同时也可从中提取过氧化物酶;大豆皮经高温处理后,得到的豆皮碳可作为油脂精炼过程中应用价值较高的吸附剂等。综述了小麦麸皮和大豆皮的用途,以及提取其内容物的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wheat bran is the by-product of wheat processing;it contains dietary fiber,oligosaccharide,and enzyme which have physiological activity.Soybean hull is the by-product of soybean oil mill,it is an ideal source of human dietary fiber because it rich in cellulose,hemicelluloses,and pectic substance,and meanwhile,we can also extract peroxidase form it; Besides,Soybean hull treated by high temperature can produce soybean—hull carbon,which can be used as a higher value of the adsorbent in oil refining process.The development and utilization of Wheat bran and Soybean hull have a very wide development prospect in the food industry.更多还原
