松动预裂爆破技术在综掘巷道遇硬岩中的研究

【摘要】 针对综掘巷道遇坚硬岩石切割效率低、截齿消耗量大、掘进速度慢但成本增加的状况,提出先进行深孔松动预裂爆破,再进行掘进机切割的施工方案。根据现场岩性,在理论分析计算的基础上,进行深孔爆破参数设计并实施。爆后不同孔深处实测结果表明,炮孔周围径向裂纹可见长度300~400mm,岩石结构损伤、整体强度降低,较利于掘进机切割;平均每班可多进尺0.3~0.6m,切割速度提高15%~40%,截齿消耗降低了20%~50%。同时,减少了粉尘,改善了工作环境,试验研究取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 In view of the comprehensive digging in hard rock,such as low cutting efficiency,large consumption of pick and slow excavation speed but the cost increasing,puts forward a new the construction scheme of deep - hole loose -presplit blasting first,and then cut by roadheader.According to lithologic character,on the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation,deep - hole blasting parameters is designed and implement.Crack test results of different depth show uiat length of radial crack is around 300 to 400 mm,rock damaged and overall intensity decreased, conducive for roadheader cutting;on average,footage of each group can be increased 0.3 to 0.6 m,cutting speed increased by 15%to 40%,pick consumption reduced 20%to 50%.At the same time,reducing dust, improving working environment,experimental research achieved good effect.
