新型钢-柔组合支护技术及应用
New Steel - Soft Combined Supporting Technology and Application

【摘要】 锚网梁支护技术已广泛应用于煤矿巷道中,但随着矿井的开采深度的不断增加,地应力增大,深井巷道也面临着越来越严重的支护困难,介绍了煤矿运用的新型的钢柔组合支护技术,及其相应的锚杆、锚索、网材的力学性能及适用范围。工程实践表明:钢柔组合支护技术不仅效果好、效率高、成本低,而且给煤矿带来显著的技术经济效益。
【Abstract】 Anchor - net - beam supporting technology has been widely used in mine roadway,however,with increasing mining depth of the mine,and the stress increases,the deep roadways facing more and more serious difficulties in supporting.This paper introduced a new type of steel soft combined supporting technology,and the mechanical properties and the applicable range of its corresponding bolt and anchor,nets.Engineering practice shows that steel soft combined supporting technology not only have good effect,high efficiency,low cost,but also bring about significant technical and economic benefits for coal mine.
