杨村矿主井冻结法施工的有限元分析

【摘要】 杨村矿地质条件复杂,存在较厚的表土层,达538.25m,表土层以下又含54.18m不稳定红层,总体上含水丰富。杨村矿主井开挖采用冻结法施工,井深998m,冻结深度723m,为目前国内冻结深度最深的冻结井筒之一。由于冻结难度较大,在冻结过程中要全程监控多个层位的冻结温度,并采用ANSYS有限元数值模拟软件对冻结温度场进行模拟,导出其关键层位的温度场数据,比如冻结壁平均厚度、平均温度及井帮温度等,从而对冻结盐水温度、挖掘速度给予指导性意见。这种有限元分析方法对其它冻结工程也有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The Yangcun mine geological condition is complicated,the thickness of the topsoil which with 54.18m unstable red layer below,up to 538.25m,and rich of water.Freezing construction method is used in the main shaft in Yangcun mine,which is one of the deepest freeze shafts in China recently with the excavation depth of 998m and freeze depth of 723 meters.For the Freeze difficult of the main shaft,we need to monitor the freezing temperature of multiple layers during the freezing process and use ANSYS finite element numerical simulation software to analyze freezing temperature field,then export the key horizon temperature field data,such as the freeze wall average thickness, average temperature and the temperature of well,use these data,we can adjust the saline temperature and digging speed.The finite element analysis method can be used in the other freeze engineering as reference.
