煤体强度对煤与瓦斯突出影响的模拟实验研究

【摘要】 运用自行研制的煤岩瓦斯动力灾害模拟实验系统,对不同强度含瓦斯煤体的突出破坏进行了模拟实验,得到结果如下:(1)影响煤与瓦斯突出的三个主要因素对突出强度影响程度排序为:瓦斯压力对突出强度的影响最为显著,煤体强度的影响次之(负相关),地应力的贡献最小;(2)得到了不同强度煤体在应力-瓦斯压力作用下的破坏条件和规律。软煤具有典型的突出特征,突出强度大,抛出距离远,型煤破坏成粉状,具有明显的分选现象;中硬煤(f>0.5)中也能够发生类似突出的动力现象,但需要较高的瓦斯压力和地应力,突出发生后煤体破坏成碎块状,抛出距离较近,破坏煤的分选现象不明显;(3)应力对软煤的突出强度表现出反作用,即突出强度随应力增加而下降;应力对中硬煤中的突出表现出正作用,但对突出强度的影响不显著;(4)模拟实验中发生突出的最低瓦斯压力值为0.2MPa,明显要低于现行突出煤层的鉴定指标。上述研究结果对于进一步认识煤与瓦斯突出机理,解释低指标突出和中硬质煤的瓦斯动力现象等有重要的价值。

【Abstract】 Simulation tests of coal - gas outburst at condition of different coal strength were conducted by the gassy - coal dynamically destroyed simulating system which was developed by the author.The testing results were:(1) Gas pressure was the most important factor to affect the outburst intensity, coal strength taken the second place(negative correlation),and the in -situ stress gives the least contribution.(2) The outburst occurring condition and destroyed law of different strength coal caused by stress and gas pressure were got.Soft coal had the typical outburst character,such as the outburst intensity was huge,the coal was ejected distandy,and the ejected powder coal had the typical separation phenomenon.The outburst phenomenon also could happen at hard coal(f > 0.5),but it need higher stress and gas pressure.The hard coal was destroyed to fragment and ejected smaller distance,and the separation phenomenon was not obvious.(3) The stress given negative contribution to outburst intensity at soft coal,which means the outburst intensity descended as the stress increasing.Conversely,the stress given positive contribution to outburst intensity at hard coal,but its contribution was not remarkable. (4) The lowest gas pressure led to outburst is 0.2MPa in the simulation test,which was under the index for identified outburst coal seam of current rule distinctly.Above achievements were valuable for recognizing the mechanism of coal - gas outburst intensively,explaining the low index level outburst and outburst at hard coal.
