条带改长壁固体密实充填开采理论与实践研究

【摘要】 我国对密集建(构)筑物下压煤通常采用条带方式开采,其采出率较低,造成了大量煤炭资源的浪费。目前,固体密实充填采煤技术在"三下"压煤开采中进行了大力推广应用,该技术具有采出率高、地表变形控制效果好等优点,较条带开采方法更适用于密集建(构)筑物下压煤的开采。因此,本文以花园煤矿为例,探讨了条带开采改变为固体密实充填开采方案,设计出了固体密实充填采煤巷道布置系统与装备、无煤柱沿空留巷方法。现场应用表明,充填开采相比条带开采,采区采出率由32%提高至83%,并且地表沉陷控制效果明显比条带开采好。
【Abstract】 In China,the coal resources trapped under intensive buildings and other structures was generally mined out using strip mining method.But this technology could cause a lot of waste of coal resources because of its low recovery rate.Currently,a dense solid backfill mining technology has been applied to recover the "three-under" coal resources successfully and widely.This technology has a much higher recovery rate and can effectively control the surface subsidence compared to strip mining technology.Taking Huayuan Coal Mine as an example,a scheme of applying the dense solid backfill mining instead of strip mining was analyzed in this paper.This paper also designed a system layout,key equipment and a scheme of gob-side entry retaining for this backfill mining.Field application effect shows that the district recovery rate increases from 32% to 83% and the surface subsidence is better controlled compared to strip mining.
