一种电动机串联斩波调速方法研究
Research on Motor Series Chopped Wave Speed-Governing Method

【摘要】 针对并联斩波调速、转子串电阻调速以及改变转子附加电动势所存在的的缺点,提出了一种新的电动机串联斩波调速方法,该方法通过改变电动机的转子电流实现电机调速。通过SCR斩波调速和IGBT斩波调速的比较,证明IGBT斩波调速控制方式先进、可靠性高、效率高、成本低,易实现产业化,具有显著的节能效果。
【Abstract】 On account of the disadvantages of parallel connection chopped speed-governing,rotor series resistance speed-governing and changing rotor attached electromotive force,a new motor series connection chopped wave method is proposed.This method realizes motor speed-governing by changing rotor current.By comparison the methods of SCR chopped wave speed-governing and series chopped wave governing,the IGBT chopped speed-governing control method proves advanced high reliability,high efficiency,low cost and easily realizes industrialization,it also has prominently energy-saving efficiency.
