垮落法残采区上行综采技术条件判定理论及方法

【摘要】 针对垮落法残采区上方遗弃煤层综采问题,分析了现有上行开采可行性判定方法的不足,从层间岩层结构的角度,提出垮落法残采区上行综采存在层间岩层控制层的思想,并给出了控制层的具体判别方法。充分考虑上下煤层开采对控制层的影响,根据上行综采底板岩层不同区域受影响程度及其变形形态的不同,划分了上部煤层直接底板变形盆地中央区与四周区,并分别给出了中央区与四周区上行综采可行性的判定公式,形成了垮落法残采区上行综采可行性判定理论及方法。用本文提出的方法判定白家庄煤矿垮落法残采区6号煤层上行综采可行,经工业试验检验,矿压显现不明显,开采情况正常。

【Abstract】 In allusion to the left-over coal above gob area mined with caving method,the deficiency of the decision method on feasibility on the upward mining was analyzed,then put forward the idea of control layer on coal reserve in ascending mining with failing method from the interlayer rock structure,finally presented a detailed decision method of control layer.Fully considering the influence of fluctuation of coal seam exploiting on interlayer of control rock,according to the different bottom layers in ascending mining areas affected by the level of deformation and different forms,deformation of the upper floor seam directly with the central basin and the basin around were classified,and the feasible judging formulas were separately given,then the ascending coal mining on collapsing coal reserve theories and methods were formed.With the method in this paper,it was determined as feasible that the left-over No.6 coal above the No.8 coal gob area mined with caving method in Baijiazhuang Coal Mine,after industrial application tests,mining was normal, and the manifestation of the mining pressure is unclear.
