采场底板应力分布及破坏机理
Stress distribution and damage mechanism of mining floor

【摘要】 根据工作面前方支承压力分布规律,建立了底板任意一点应力计算的弹性力学模型,结合莫尔-库伦准则给出了底板岩体破坏的判据;根据孙疃1028工作面实际情况,采用理论分析与FLAC3D数值模拟方法均得出:0~-17 m为底板破坏影响带,即岩层中垂向裂隙和横向裂隙发育明显,底板最大破坏深度为17 m,-17~-33 m岩层受煤层开采影响较小。现场采用震波及电阻率实测验证了理论分析与数值计算研究方法是正确的、可行的。
【Abstract】 According to abutment pressure distribution in front of the working face,an elastic mechanical model calculated to any point stress of floor was established.The floor rock mass damage criterion was given combined with Mohr-Coulomb. In term of geological condition in the Suntuan 1028 face,theory analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation show that floor failure zone affected by mining is between 0 to -17 m under coal seam,where vertical crack and horizontal crack are both fully developed,and the zone of -17—33 m under coal seam is slightly affected by mining. Verified by seismic and resistivity test on site,the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation methods are correct and feasible.
