煤矸石中重金属在淋滤、浸泡实验中的释放规律

【摘要】 煤矸石是我国排放量最大的工业废渣之一,它不仅占用大量农田和土地,而且还会经风化、分解和溶滤等作用后释放出大量的有害金属元素,对水体、大气、土壤等造成严重污染。论文以济宁三矿煤矸石为研究对象,在动态淋滤和静态浸泡两种实验条件下对重金属的释放规律进行了研究。结果表明:(1)同一金属在不同淋溶条件下呈现不同的释放规律,以Pb为例,淋滤过程中期出现峰值,高达0.5mg/L且在末期出现浓度回升现象;静态浸泡过程前期和中期出现峰值,均在0.1mg/L左右,后期浓度趋为检测限零。(2)两种淋溶条件下,Cr的释放量是其他几种金属的4~100倍,Zn在两种淋溶条件下的最大释放量对比最为明显。对最大释放率而言,除Cr在浸泡中的最大释放率略小于在淋滤中的最大释放率外,其他金属在浸泡中的最大释放率均大于在淋滤中的最大释放率,这说明多数金属在浸泡中的浸出现象更为明显。
【Abstract】 Coal gangue is one of the largest industrial waste residue in China,which takes up much of the farmland and land,and releases a large number of harmful elements,such as the heavy metals,by the effect of weathering,decomposition and leaching,causing serious water, air and soil pollution.This paper took the gangue from Ji-ning coal mineⅢas the object, studying release laws of heavy metals by carrying out the leaching experiment and immersion experiment.The results showed that:(1) The same metal has different release pattern during the different experiment conditions.Take Pb for example,the mid-peak of the leaching process is up to 0.5mg/L and the concentration re-emergence rebounds in the late;While during the static immersion process,the early-peak and mid-peak are around 0.1 mg /L,with the detection limit concentration in later.(2) In both experiment conditions,the release quantities of Cr are 4~100 times than the other metals,and the metal of Zn has the most obvious contrasts.To the largest release rate,the results of metals in the immersion were more than those in the leaching,with the exception of Cr whose release rate in the immersion was slightly less than in the leaching.This showed that the leaching phenomenon of the majority metals in the immersion present more apparent.
