千米深井主井装载硐室支护结构优化及其内力监测分析

【摘要】 针对主井装载峒室埋深大,围岩条件差,断面尺寸大等特点,首先对其进行了支护结构优化计算,采用锚索的外露钢绞线与钢筋混凝土墙体中的钢筋固定在一起,替代了原设计中的三道肋梁,计算结果表明:主井装载峒室采用优化方案的支护结构应力和围岩变形均小于原设计方案的结构应力和围岩变形。其次,对主井装载峒室的支护结构的内力进行了实时监测,监测结果表明:支护结构内钢筋应力趋于稳定,并且小于设计值,由此可见,优化后的支护结构处于安全稳定状态。可为类似结构的支护设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Because of the main shaft—roadway connection’s features such as deep embedded depth,poor surrounding rock stability and large dimension,optimization study on supporting structure was done before construction.The study was based on the structure optimization by welding the cables bolt’s head with reinforced steel bar after removing the three span beams between two side concrete walls.The result showed that supporting structure’s internal stress and surrounding rock deformation all reduced after structure optimization.In situ real—time monitoring data also showed that the reinforced steel bar stress is much less than it’s yield strength.Based on the analysis,it was concluded that the optimized supporting structure was under stability and the optimization could be an example for other similar structures.
