【摘要】 目前,我国麻风病防治服务体系正处于从垂直性服务系统向一体化服务模式转变的进程之中,应根据麻风一体化理论的基本原则以及我国麻风病控制的实际情况,探索性地采用多种有效的一体化模式以及符合新的防治形势的健全的麻风病服务转诊系统,以保证麻风病受累者和社会大众继续获得高质量的麻风病服务,促进麻风病服务的可持续发展。本文从我国麻风病防治一体化战略的实施现状、目前存在的突出问题以及今后应采取的对策三个方面对我国发展中的麻风防治一体化实践进行了深入全面的探讨与考察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now the leprosy control system in China is in the progress of changing from vertical control system to integration service model.It is imperative to conduct exploratory research to establish several effective integration models and sound leprosy referral system,according to the cardinal rules of integration theory and the practical situation of leprosy control in China,to ensure the high quality leprosy services are available and the sustainable development of leprosy control in China are gotten.A deep and overall evaluation of the leprosy integration process in China was made in this article from three aspects including the current situation,the existing prominent problems and the future appropriate countermeasures.更多还原
