【摘要】 目的:了解外来流动人口麻风病的认知状况及其对麻风病健康教育的需求。方法:使用定性访谈的方法对浙江德清县一建筑工地的外来工人进行调查,访谈为半结构式开放式对话的方法。结果:42例接受访谈的对象中有近一半的工人没有听说过麻风,在听说过麻风的工人中有近一半的人知晓麻风病是一种传染病,绝大多数人不清楚麻风病的具体症状,仅有少部分人认为麻风病应该可以治好。在听说过麻风病的访谈者中有相当一部分人觉得这个疾病很可怕。绝大多数访谈者觉得在闲暇的时候或晚上休息时,可以接受麻风病的健康教育。以电视和宣传折页、宣传画廊比较受欢迎。绝大多数访谈者最感兴趣的健康教育内容是如何进行个人防护避免患麻风病。结论:外来流动人口麻风病的认知水平很低,应该以电教宣传配合设立固定画廊与发放宣传折页这种综合性的健康教育策略在这些人群中开展麻风病的健康教育活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the cognition of leprosy and the demands of health education among floating population. Methods: A qualitative study was made in a construction site,which is located in Deqing,Zhejiang.The investigation was semi-structure ,open dialogue. Results:42 cases were investigated,in which nearly a half of workers hadnot heard of leprosy and nearly a half of the others knew leprosy was an infectious disease.The majority of 42 cases did not know the exact symptoms of leprosy and only a small portion of objectives considered that leprosy was curable.Among the cases who have heard of leprosy,a considerable of cases felt that leprosy was a terrible disease.The majority of 42 cases would like to accept leprosy health education when they were free .The favorable propaganda media were TV,propaganda sheet or picture board.The most interested contents were how to protect theirselves against leprosy. Conclusions:The leprosy cognition were very low among floating population.It is proposed that the health education strategy of TV combined with propaganda sheet and board should be carried out among these non-native population.更多还原
