新疆“三北”防护林工程固碳效益评价——以疏附县为例
Evaluation to Carbon-Sink Benefit of the Three-North Shelter Forest Programme in Xinjiang Province:A Case Study in Shufu County

【摘要】 通过生物量换算因子法,依据2008年森林资源数据对疏附县"三北"人工防护林的固碳效益进行了评价。结果表明,疏附县人工防护林平均碳密度为80.8 t/hm~2其中,成熟林碳密度最高,近熟林次之,并且成熟林、近熟林碳密度高于亚热带森林碳密度;碳吸收率成熟林、近熟林分别为4.26 t/hm~2·a、3.73 t/hm~2·a。数据表明新疆"三北,,防护林建设工程具有巨大的固碳能力。同时,以造林成本法估算新疆"三北"防护林人工造林工程区碳效益为484.95×10~8元。
【Abstract】 Using Biomass Expansion Factor method,the afforestation carbon-sink benefit of the Three-North Shelter Forest Programme(TNSFP) was estimated in with 2008 forest inventory data in Shufu county,in Xinjiang province.The results as follows:the average carbon density of TNSFP in Shufu county was 80.8 t/hm~2;Among different age forest,the biggest carbon density was shown in mature forest and next is in maturescent forest,the densities were more than those in the sub-tropic forest in China;In mature forest and in maturecent forest,the carbon absorptivity were 4.26 and 3.73 t/hm~2·a,respectively.The data showed that the carbon-sink capacity was huge in the Three-North Shelter Forest Programme in Xinjiang province.Meanwhile afforestation carbon-sink benefit of the Three-North Shelter Forest Programme in Xinjiang province was 484.95×10~8 Yuan by the afforest cost method.
