【摘要】 本文从破坏森林生态系统平衡、增加森林火灾发生机率、提高森林病虫为害程度、影响林业区划布局安排和减缓林业工程建设进度等方面探讨了气候变化对森林造成的众多影响,从森林是陆地上最大的储碳库、森林是最经济有效的吸碳器、森林是最持久稳定的固碳池、森林功能多且固碳优势明显和森林固碳显著缓解气候变化等方面总结了森林在应对气候变化中的重要作用,并从维持生态系统储碳库、增加二氧化碳吸收汇、减少二氧化碳排放源和能提高林木碳替代量等方面分析了林业在减缓气候变化中的独特地位和巨大贡献,同时强调了中国森林资源持续增长对世界的重大贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 On breakage of forest ecosystem equilibrium,increase of forest conflagration frequency,advance of forest pests’ damage degree,confusion of forestry layout arrangement,slowering of forestry project construction plan and so on aspects,the forest effects begetted by climate change were discussed;on the biggest carbon storage of forest on the land,the most economical and effectual absorber of forest to carbon dioxide,the most persistent fixation pool of forest to carbon dioxide,the most functions of forest and the obvious preponderance of carbon fixation,climate changes relieved markedly by forest carbon fixation and so on aspects,the important forest actions in disposing global climate changes were summarized;on maintenance of ecosystem carbon storage,increase of carbon dioxide collection,decrease of carbon dioxide jet sources,and increase carbon substitution amount of forests and timbers,and so on aspects,the distinctive position and tremendous contributions of forestry in slowering global climate change were analyzed,in the meantime the Chinese great contribution to the world for durative increase of forest resource was emphasized to guide human beings to manage the warm climate in this paper.更多还原
