杨木加工剩余物制漂白化学机械浆及配抄双胶纸的研究

【摘要】 本文以苏北地区的杨木加工剩余物为原料,选用我国自主研发出来的双螺杆磨浆机进行了漂白化学机械法制浆性能及配抄双胶纸的研究。研究结果表明:以杨木加工剩余物为原料,采用双螺杆磨浆制浆流程制得纸浆的物理强度性能和光学性能优良。在H2O2用量为6.0%,NaOH用量为5.0%浸渍条件下,制得杨木加工剩余物漂白化机浆的白度可以达到83%ISO以上,加拿大游离度为100mL CSF时,纸浆的抗张强度可达43N.m/g以上。以该条件制得加拿大游离度为100mLCSF的杨木加工剩余物漂白化机浆,配以10%-20%的漂白针叶木浆,抄造的双胶纸质量指标可以达到轻工行业标准(QB/T1012-1991)中双胶纸的质量指标要求。

【Abstract】 Pulp properties of bleached chemimechanical pulps from poplar wood processing residues, from northern of Jiangsu province, and properties of Munken paper using this pulp as furnish, were investigated, a domestic designed twin screw refiner was applied for this study. Results show that, both physical strength and optical properties of these pulps are excellent. At the chemical dosages as 6.0% hydrogen peroxide combined with 5.0% sodium hydroxide against to oven-dry chip mass for impregnation, High quality bleached chemimechanical pulps with brightness levels of 83% ISO or up, were obtained. At the freeness level of 100 mLCSF, the tensile index is higher than 43N.m/g. Munken paper products were manufactured by Using 80-90% of this pulps and 20-10% of SBKP, the Offset paper could be accepted by the "biaozhun "standard(QB/T1012-1991).
