三层实木复合地板工艺及性能研究

【摘要】 以柞木为试验材料,分析板坯配置方式、热压温度、固化时间、加压方式等因素对三层实木复合地板物理力学性能的影响,结论如下:(1)热压板材的翘曲变形量随着热压温度的升高而增大,而固化时间对板材翘曲变形量的影响没有明显的规律;冷压板材翘曲变形量很小;不同配板方式来说,表板厚度3mm的板材陈放后翘曲量和变形量最小。(2)热压温度100℃时,板材的浸渍剥离强度较好;固化时间对板材的浸渍剥离强度影响不是很明显。(3)板材力学强度在固化时间2.5min时为最佳;冷压板材的力学强度低于热压板材;表板5mm厚的板材力学强度最好;板材强度破坏形式大部分为胶层破坏或者胶层与芯板均破坏。(4)不同含水率阶段吸湿性差异不大,膨胀系数逐渐下降;表板厚度越小,吸湿膨胀系数越小;翘曲量在12%时降至最低,之后又逐渐增大。

【Abstract】 Selecting Oak(Quercus spp.Q.mongolica) as sample, this paper analyzed the influence of configuration scheme, hot pressure temperature, cure time, and pressure way on the physical and mechanical properties of three layer parquet. The results were as follows: (1) the warpage became greater while the hot pressure temperature increased, but varied irregularly when the cure time changed. It was negligible when the parquet was made by cold press way. The deflection and the warpage were lowest when the surface layer was 3mm thick. (2)The immersion peel strength was best when the hot pressure temperature was 100 ℃.There was insignificant relation between cure time and immersion peel strength. (3)The mechanical strength was largest when the cure time was 2.5min and surface layer 5mm thick. It was lower with cold press than that with hot press. Most of the species ruptured in bond line or bond line and sandwich layer. (4) The moisture absorption coefficient had indistinct discrepancy and the swelling coefficient decreased in different moisture content phase. The surface layer was thinner, the swelling coefficient was lower. The warpage was lowest when the equilibrium moisture content was 12%, and then increased with the relative humidity improved
