人工林花旗松建筑材加速干燥工艺研究

【摘要】 花旗松材在强度、尺寸稳定性和耐腐性方面具有的良好品质使其成为优良的建筑用材,已成为新西兰第二大商业用材。本文以花旗松建筑材为研究对象,重点研究了在加速干燥中幼龄材含量对终含水率和干燥变形降等的影响。结果表明:锯解前的板院堆置有助于平衡板材之间的含水率差异,36小时的加速干燥可使板材含水率达到建筑材的要求,同时幼龄材含量对终含水率的影响不明显;幼龄材含量越高,干燥变形降等越严重;侧弯是花旗松材干燥变形降等的首要原因。本文还就控制干燥过程中的侧弯降等提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Excellent performance in strength, shape stability and natural decay resistance make Douglas fir timber a good structural material. Accelerating drying is widely used for structural Douglas fir (DF) timber. DF timber of 5000*100*50mm was used to investigate the effect of corewood proportion (CP) on final moisture content and distortion degrading by drying. Results show that air-drying of log in yard can fill the gap of moisture between sapwood and heartwood, moisture content can meet the requirement of moisture for structural use, and variation in final moisture content of timbers with different CP is not significant. Results also show that timber with high CP show high distortion degrade which was mainly caused by spring.
