低浓度磷酸法制备麻杆活性炭

【摘要】 以麻秆为原料,采用低浓度的磷酸浸渍,然后在高温下对其进行活化,制得吸附性能良好的麻杆活性炭。讨论了温度、保温时间、磷酸浓度等因素对麻秆活性炭吸附性能的影响,并采用SEM和N2吸附等温线对其微观结构进行表征。结果表明,随着温度、保温时间和磷酸浓度的增加,麻杆活性炭的吸附性能呈不断增加的趋势;温度的升高有利于活性炭孔隙结构的发达;麻杆的微观结构呈现多孔性骨架结构,麻杆活性炭具有发达的孔隙结构。
【Abstract】 To prepare activated carbon,kenaf was impregnated in low concentration phosphoric acid,then activated in high temperature.The main parameters such as temperature,holding time and the concentration was studied to show the effect on the adsorption capabilities of the activated carbon,the pore structures and surface chemical of activated carbon were characterized by N2 adsorption isotherm and SEM.It was found that as temperature,holding time and the concentration of phosphoric acid increased,the adsorption capabilities of activated carbon increased;the pore structure developed with the increase of temperature;the structure of kenaf was poriferous,and the activated carbon prepared from kenaf was porous.
