鲍迪豆木材干燥技术研究

【摘要】 以鲍迪豆为试验材料,分析常规干燥和真空干燥两种干燥方法对锯材干燥质量的影响、真空干燥后锯材的放置时间对干燥质量的影响和干燥工艺对锯材干燥质量的影响,结论如下:(1)真空干燥锯材最终含水率低,含水率偏差小,残余应力小,且干燥周期短。(2)平均最终含水率随着放置时间的延长而增加,分层含水率偏差和残余应力放置10天后增加,放置20天以后又减少。(3)干燥工艺对锯材干燥质量影响较大,选择合适的干燥基准可以有效的降低干燥周期,节约干燥成本,提高经济效益,预热处理时间与干燥起始温度和锯材的初含水率关系密切。

【Abstract】 Selecting sucupira(Bowdichia virgilioides)as sample, the influence of kiln drying and vacuum drying, depositing time and drying technique on the drying qualities were analyzed. The results were as follows: (1) the final moisture content of vacuum drying was lower than that of kiln drying, the moisture content deviation smaller, the residual stress smaller and the drying cycle shorter. (2) The final moisture content increased while the depositing time prolonged. The layered moisture content deviation and residual stress increased after 10 days, but decreased after 20 days. (3) There was significant influence of drying technique on the drying quality. The appropriate drying schedule could shorten the drying period, economize on drying cost, increase economic efficiency. The warm up time and starting temperature had intimate connection with the primary moisture content.
