【摘要】 高效液相色谱法测定吉林地区三种乌头中乌头碱、新乌头碱和次乌头碱的含量。方法:采用Agilent Technologies ZORBAX Extend-C184.6×250mm,5μm色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水-二氯甲烷-氨水(70:30:2:0.1,V/V)(pH值=10.62),流速:1.0ml·min-1,检测波长:235nm,柱温:40℃。结果:新乌头碱在0.0016～2.0030mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.7%(n=6);乌头碱在0.0016～1.0005mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.8%(n=6);次乌头碱在0.0016～1.0000mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995);平均加样回收率为96.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,可适用于乌头的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three kinds of aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine content was measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in jilin district. Methods: Agilent Technologies ZORBAX Extend-C18 4.6×250mm,5μm column, mobile phase: methano-water-methylene chloride-ammonia (70:30:2:0.1, V/V) (pH value=10.62 ), flow rate:1.0ml.min-1,detection wavelength:235nm,column temperature:4. Results: The mesaconitine was a good linear relationship (r=0.9996)in 0.0016～2.0030mg.ml-1;The average recovery was 98.6%,RSD=1.7% (n=6);aconitine was a good linear relationship(r=0.9998)in 0.0016～1.0005mg.ml-1;The average recovery was 97.5%, RSD=2.8% (n = 6); hypaconitine was a good linear relationship (r = 0.9995)in 0.0016～1.0000mg.ml-1;The average recovery was 96.7%, RSD=1.9% (n= 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and applicable to Aconitum quality control.更多还原
