超声波萃取桐油工艺研究

【摘要】 在湖北省恩施州三地采集"金丝油桐"果实样品,采用超声波萃取法提取桐油,测定油桐种仁的含油率,并与压榨法提取的桐油比较理化性质,同时采用气相色谱测定桐油中脂肪酸的种类和含量。实验结果显示:超声波萃取法能够经济、高效地提取桐油,所得的桐油品质优良;样品的含油量可高达65%;桐油中脂肪酸主要为不饱和脂肪酸,其中桐油酸的所占比例为78.62%。

【Abstract】 Tung oil were obtained by ultrasonic extraction from fruits of Golden-thread tung tree,which were collected from Enshi autonomous prefecture in Hubei province of China. The oil content of kernel were determined and phycochemical properties of tung oil produced by ultrasonic extraction were compared to those of that produced by squeeze extraction. The variety and content of fatty acid were analyzed by GC. The results showed that the ultrasonic extraction is an effective and economical method; the oil content of tung oil is over 65% and the eleostearic acid take account of 78.62%.
