【摘要】 为研究北京市怀柔区主栽板栗品种之一燕山红栗在生产中花粉直感与品质的关系,试验选用9个板栗品种为授粉品种,以生长势健壮、结果盛期的燕山红栗为母本进行人工授粉,测定了不同授粉组合的坐果率、结实率、果实内在品质等几个主要指标。结果表明:燕山红栗果实在坐果率、结实率、蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量、维生素C、矿质元素Mg、Ca等方面表现明显的花粉直感现象。而在可溶性糖含量、脂肪、矿质元素K含量表现不明显。通过果实品质判断,燕山红栗最适宜的授粉品种是东陵明珠、石丰和燕山早丰。更多还原

【Abstract】 9 Chestnut cultivars were tested as pollinators for the vigorous adult trees of Yanshanhongli (Castanea mollissima cv.Yanshanhong)for studying the effect of xenia on Yanshanhongli fruit quality,and seeking the best pollinator for increasing production and improvement of fruit eating quality.The major parameters such as fruits set rate,seeding rate,fruit quality characteristics were investigated and studied.Results showed that the pollen xenia had obvious effect on fruit setting rate,seeding rate ,Protein content,Starch content,Amylopectin content,VC content,Mg element content,Ca element content.However,there was no obvious effect on soluble sugar content,Fat content,K element content.Results revealed that the most promising pollinators for Yanshanhongli cultivar were Donglingmingzhu,Shifeng and Yanshanzaofeng.更多还原
