马尾松种源对松褐天牛成虫取食、松材线虫病的抗性分析
Analysis on the Provenances of Pinus massoniana Resistance to Maturation Feedings by the Adult of Monochamus alternatus and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus

【摘要】 1.通过翻复选择试验,从40个马尾松种源中选出了广东5号种源既抗松材线虫病,又较抗松褐天牛补充营养取食。该种源在生产上有较为广阔的应用前景。2.马尾松种源的抗性机理研究发现:①接种松材线虫使抗病马尾松种源中某些萜类组分如长叶烯、酚性化合物等增多;而抗松褐天牛取食种源含有更多的单萜烯、倍半萜烯、石竹烯等,含有更少长叶烯,这可能与松材线虫和松褐天牛的取食习性不同有关。②游离氨基酸含量低的马尾松种源抗松褐天牛成虫补充营养取食和抗松材线虫病,表明游离氨基酸含量低的马尾松种源抗性强的结论是一致的。③抗性种源树皮组织机构的厚皮紧密型和树势的旺盛生长势也是抗性强的原因。
【Abstract】 1. By turning re-selection test, masson pine provenances Guangdong 5 from 40 selected provenances, both resistance to pine wilt disease (PWD), but also to maturation feeding by the adults of M. alternatus. The kind of provenances in the production has a more broad application in forest protection. 2. Masson pine provenances study found that the resistance mechanism: inoculated pine wood nematode resistant masson pine provenances to make certain terpene components, such as longifolene, phenolic compounds increased; and anti-maturation feeding provenances contain more contents of monoterpene, sesquiterpene, caryophyllene, etc. contain fewer longifolene, which may be related to PWD and M. alternatus different from the feeding habits. ② low content of free amino acids by pine provenances against adults of M. alternatus maturation feeding and anti-PWD, indicating that low content of free amino acids by pine provenances strong resistance is consistent with the conclusion. ③ resistant provenance bark compact organization of the thick-skinned and tree’s strong growth potential is also strong resistance reasons.
