【摘要】 应用航空电子勾绘技术,与地面监测工作相结合,可大大提高林业有害生物监测的准确度,降低监测成本。为此,国家林业局造林绿化管理司与美国林务局州及私有林管理司(State and private Forest of US Department of Agriculture Forest service) 和遥感监测应用中心(Remote Sensing Applications Center of US Department of Agriculture Forest service)合作,将航空电子勾绘应用技术作为中美林业合作项目之一,引进中国。本文介绍了航空电子勾绘技术的应用背景、技术原理,通过在地面和空中的技术应用测试,提出了应用技术存在的问题,为今后技术改进和推广应用提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopted digital aerial sketchmapping technique with ground surveys can be able to increased the degree of accuracy of forest pests survey, and reduce the survey cost. Therefore, State Forestry Bureau cooperate with State and private Forest of US Department of Agriculture Forest service and Remote Sensing Applications Center of US Department of Agriculture Forest service to import the digital aerial sketchmapping technique. This paper interpreted background and principle of the technique, put forward the questions of the application technology by test, afforded the useful lessons for promoting the application of digital aerial sketchmapping technique of the furture.更多还原
