不同品种刺槐能源林光合生理特性的比较研究

【摘要】 采用LI-6400便携式光合作用测量系统对当年生5个品种的刺槐叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)等光合生理参数及光响应过程的研究。结果表明:品种83002(Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis7")的叶片净光合速率Pn日变化为"双峰"型曲线,第一个峰出现在10:00,第二个峰出现在14:00,12:00有明显的光合"午休"现象发生,其它4个品种的Pn日变化呈单峰曲线;各品种日均净光合速率大小排序为8048(Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis1")>8044(Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis x")>83002(Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis7")>84023(Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis8")>3-I(3-I clones of Robinia pseudoacacia L.);Pn和Tr日变化过程基本一致;根据Farquhar和Sharkey的传统观点分析,8048和3-I为非气孔限制,83002、8044、84023为气孔限制和非气孔限制两种因素交替主导;光合"午休"现象的形成不是由于气孔导度的下降所造成的;3-I和84023属于饱和趋近型光响应曲线,其余三种光响应曲线属于抑制型光响应曲线;比较分析发现直角双曲线和非直角双曲线修正式拟合得到的光合参数Pmax、LCP、Rd均接近实测值,但对LSP的估计值计算时宜选用前者进行拟合。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of photosynthetic physiology of five varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia L.energy forest such as maximum net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance were studied with LI-6400 portable photosythesis.It indicated that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis 7" was bimodal in the diurnal change.The first peak and second peak occurred at about 10:00 and 14:00,respectively.An obvious phenomenon of "midday depression of photosynthesis" was observed at noon.In contrast,others were consistent in the diurnal change,with one high value,respectively.The diurnal variation of transpiration rate was mainly the same as the net photosynthetic rate.An analysis according to the traditional view of Farquhar ect.and Xu ect.is that Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis 1" and 3-I clones of Robinia pseudoacacia L.were not controlled by stomatal factors,Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis 7",Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis x" and Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis 8" were controlled by stomatal factors and non-stomatal factors.The midday depressions of Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis 7" was resulted from non-stomata factors.3-I clones of Robinia pseudoacacia L.and Robinia pseudoacacia CL."Henansis 8"were saturation and approach type of light response curves.And others were restraint type of light response curves.The correlation analyses showed that the parameters Pmax、LCP、Rd from rectangular hyperbola and non-rectangular hyperbola were near to observations,but the estimates of LSP from rectangular hyperbola approach to observations which were better than the other one.
