不同杉木无性系叶片抗氧化酶活性对外源邻羟基苯甲酸的响应
The allelopathic effects of salicylic acid on the antioxidant enzyme activities of leaves between two Chinese fir with different resistance

【摘要】 以杉木自毒物质邻羟基苯甲酸为胁迫条件,研究了2个不同抗性杉木无性系(忍耐型和敏感型)抗氧化酶活性的化感响应差异。各胁迫浓度对2个无性系SOD活性化感效应的差异主要从胁迫20天开始,对敏感型的SOD活性促进效应大幅度下降,在高浓度胁迫下效应值为0,而对忍耐型仍保持促进效应,第30天时对忍耐型SOD活性的抑制效应低于敏感型。各胁迫浓度对2个无性系叶片POD活性的化感效应在均表现为促进效应,第10天、20天时对忍耐型的POD活性的促进效应明显大于敏感型。各胁迫浓度对忍耐型无性系叶片CAT活性的促进效应始终高于敏感型,第30天时,对忍耐型的CAT活性仍保持促进效应,但胁迫浓度增大,促进效应减小,对敏感型则产生抑制效应,胁迫浓度越大,抑制效应越大。
【Abstract】 The allelopathic response differences of antioxidant enzyme activities in leaves were studied between two Chinese fir clones with different resistances(including tolerant type and sensitive type) to salicylic acid(an autotoxic substance of Chinese fir) stress.The allelopathic effects on SOD activities of two clones showed differences from 20th day mainly.The stimulatory effect on SOD activity of sensitive type fell so largely as to vanish at high concentration,while tolerant type still maintained the stimulated response,especially at 30th day,the effect on tolerant type was lower than sensitive type when appearing the inhibited effect.Salicylic acid stress performed stimulatory impact on POD activities of two clones throughout the whole period.At 10th day and 20th day,the stimulatory effect on the POD activity of tolerant type obviously showed bigger than sensitive type.The stress exerted the higher stimulatory effect on the CAT activity of tolerant type than that of sensitive type.At 30th day,the stress still maintained to stimulate the CAT activity of tolerant type and the higher the concentration,the smaller the stimulatory effect,while the stress performed the inhibitory effect on sensitive type and the higher the concentration,the bigger the inhabited effect.
