侧柏地理种源核型分析与进化趋势
Karyotype Analysis and Evolution Trend of Platycladus orientalis(L.) Geographical Provenances

【摘要】 本文以16个不同地理种源的侧柏种子为试材,采用普通压片法,对其核型及进化趋势进行研究。研究结果表明:核型均为K(2n)=22=22m,均属1A类型,有1~2对染色体具随体,不同种源次缢痕位置不同;辽宁凌源(1#)、河北获鹿(5#)、山西长治(21#)、陕西黄陵(28#)、四川射洪(29#)、福建南平(30#)、云南昆明(80#)的染色体相对长度组成中有L染色体,其余仅有M2和M1染色体;通过聚类分析及进化趋势图分析发现,河北获鹿(5#)最进化,河南登封(15#)最原始。
【Abstract】 The karyotype and evolution trend of Platycladus orientalis(L.) from 16 provenances were analyzed by squash method with the seeds. The results showed that all the karyotypes were K(2n)=22=22m, which belong to 1A type; 1~2 pairs chromosomes had satellite; the positions of secondary constrictions in different provenances were different. The L chromosomes of relative length formula were only found in Lingyuan of Liaoning(1#), Huolu of Hebei(5#), Changzhi of Shanxi(21#), Huangling of Shanxi(28#), Shehong of Sichuan(29#), Nanping of Fujian(30#), Kunming of Yunnan(80#), and the M2 and M1 chromosomes can be found in others provenances. Huolu of Hebei(5#) was the most advanced provenance, while Dengfeng of Henan(15#) was the most primitive, which can be seen from the cluster analyses and evolution trend map.
