中北亚热带日本落叶松自由授粉家系遗传测定与二代优树选择

【摘要】 本文对日本落叶松自由授粉家系子代测定林的生长性状进行遗传变异分析,目的在于开展二代优树选择,为在湖北等亚热带高山区建立第二代种子园提供种质资源。全部5块试验林共包含家系119个,1962个单株。研究结果表明,各遗传测定林生长性状在家系间差异显著,遗传变异丰富。胸径、树高及材积性状的单株遗传力变化范围分别为0.18~0.69、0.17~1.0和0.19~0.79,家系遗传力变化幅度为0.34~0.77、0.42~0.82和0.18~0.80,单株遗传力一般低于家系遗传力。利用最佳线性预测(BLP)估算了单株育种值.对比配合选择和家系/家系内选择两种选择方法表明,配合选择得到的二代优树群体遗传多样性高于由家系/家系内选择得到的二代优树群体,两种方法所得到的预期遗传增益相似。基于兼顾高遗传增益和广泛遗传基础的原则,认为配合选择方法选出的二代优树更适合用于日本落叶松第二代种子园的建立。最终采用配合选择方法选出来自49个家系的二代优树137株。
【Abstract】 The genetic variance of growth traits of Larix kaempfira families were analyzed based on open-pollinated progeny test in order to select the secondary elite trees for the secondary seed orchard establishment in northern sub-tropical alpine region. The total 5 progeny test trails included 1,962 individuals from 119 different open-pollinated families. The results from the study showed there are significant differences and rich variances in growth traits among different families. Individual and family heritability of DBH, height and volume ranged from 0.18 to 0.69, 0.17 to 1.0, 0.19 to 0.79 and 0.34 to 0.77, 0.42 to 0.82, 0.18 to 0.80, respectively. Generally, individual heritability of three traits is lower than their family heritability. Individual breeding values were predicted by using best linear prediction approach. Result of comparison between combined selection and family/within-family selection found that the secondary elite tree population that established by combined selection had a higher genetic diversity than the one established by family/within-family selection, but two of them got nearly common genetic gain. According to the rule of both high genetic gain and genetic diversity, elite trees chosen by combined selection is more suitable to the secondary seed orchard establishment. At last, total 137 individual come from 49 different families were selected as the secondary generation elite tree by combined selection.
