【摘要】 本文研究了上市公司资产及股权买卖行为中是否存在着不利于公司发展的代理行为,运用主成分分析法建立机构投资者对上市公司资产及股权买卖行为的认同度指标,依据投资机构对上市公司认同度的综合排名,运用假设检验验证了发生资产及股权买卖行为的上市公司以后两个年度综合排名的变化与基期具有显著性差异,因此证明了上市公司的资产及股权买卖行为中普遍存在着不利于公司的代理行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studied the Listing Corporation assets and equity trading behavior whether or not conducive to the development of the company,when the behavior included agent behavior.Using the principal component analysis method to establish Institutional investors to the listed company assets and equity trading behavior of Identification index,according to the Listing Corporation Identification comprehensive ranking by Institutional investors,using the hypothesis testing Verified there are significant difference between the last two years and the base period in the Listing Corporation which happened the assets and equity trading behavior.Thus,proved assets and equity trading behavior universally including the agent behavior detrimental to the Listing Corporation.更多还原
