【摘要】 评价创新型企业的创新绩效,有助于政府部门和企业管理者了解创新型企业创新活动的进展,发现企业自主创新过程中存在的问题,以便采取有效的措施提高其自主创新能力。本文基于创新型企业创新绩效的影响因素,构建了创新型企业创新绩效评价指标体系,并借助DEA方法中的C2R模型计算出安徽省第一批和第二批创新型企业2009和2010年创新绩效效率值,对非DEA有效的企业提出最佳改进策略,同时借助超效率模型对DEA相对有效的企业做了进一步评价和分析,从而为全面提升创新型企业创新绩效提供决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluate the innovation performance of innovative enterprises may help government department and business managers understanding the innovation activities of innovative companies progress,finding problems of the process of the independent innovation of enterprises,in order to take effective measures to improve its capability of independent innovation.This paper firstly based on the factors affecting innovation performance of innovative enterprises,established the index system of evaluating the innovation performance of innovative enterprises.Secondly,using the DEA model,the paper evaluated the innovation performance of innovative enterprises in Anhui province.Finally,the paper proposed the non-DEA efficient with the best business improvement strategy,and then used super-efficiency DEA model to do further evaluation and analysis,so as to enhance the innovation performance of innovative companies to provide basis for decision making.更多还原
