【摘要】 本文考察了ERP系统的实施对于我国上市公司投资效率的影响。研究结果表明:从整体来看,实施了ERP的上市公司,其投资效率越高。从投资不足与过度投资的角度来看,上市公司通过实施ERP系统能够显著改善投资不足,但是却无法通过ERP系统的实施来改善过度投资的现象;从行业的角度来看,制造业的上市公司能够通过实施ERP系统提升其投资效率;而在非制造业的上市公司中,却无法通过实施ERP系统来改善其投资效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates that the effect of ERP system implementations on the investment efficiency.We find three points after the ERP System Implementations.Firstly,the listed companies significantly increase the investment efficiency.Secondly,but the listed companies significantly decrease under-investment and insignificantly decrease over-investment.Thirdly,the listed companies significantly increase the investment efficiency in the manufacturing industry,but insignificantly increase the investment efficiency in other industries.更多还原
