【摘要】 本文主要研究金融生态是否会影响企业稳健财务政策选择行为这一问题。通过对1999-2004年我国国有上市公司的实证研究,我们发现,在良好金融生态地区中的企业更会选择稳健型财务政策,而且金融生态对企业稳健型财务政策选择行为的影响在逐年加强。我们进而发现,地方政府控制的企业,实行稳健型财务政策选择行为更多的会集中在金融生态较好的地区;而中央政府控制的企业,在不同金融生态中,其稳健型财务政策选择行为没有显著差异。我们认为,外部制度影响着企业微观财务政策的选择,而且良好外部制度的存在还可以缓和企业内部公司治理的缺陷。今后在关注企业内部自身改革的同时,更应该重视外部制度因素对其行为的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the investigating of the SOEs’ conservative financial policy choice behaviors from 1999 to 2004,we find that firm’s financial policy choice behavior is influenced by the institutions factors.The firms,located in the better financial ecology areas,will adopt conservative financial policies more and the firms whose ultimate controlling shareholder are the local government will change their conservative financial policy choices according to the different financial ecology,however the firms controlled by the central government don’t changer their choices.We find the evidence that the institution will influence the firm’s financial behavior.更多还原
