【Abstract】 This thesis commences with theoretical development in corporate finance.It has been put up forward that a sort of theoretical framework or a paradigm of research in corporate finance,based on analysis of conflicts between business school approach and economics department approach and the progress of theoretical development.It comes up that there are four parts in corporate finance,which are theoretical hypotheses,theoretically building blocks,fundamental theories and basic theories.更多还原
